- In charge of projects/fundraising

- Plans swing dance

Logbook Keeper

- Keeps a scrapbook of all the club's activities and events

- Organizes crush before rush week

- Plans beach games

​-Responsible for promoting Pirates of the Spanish Main to the community through all media including but to limited to print, social, media, and radio

- Assist Quartermaster in the organization of Pirate Formal

Historian

- Keeps history of the club

- Designs and create t-shirts for the club's events

Chaplain

Emerson Pickens

- Ends each meeting with a devotion of her choice as appropriate for the club

- Acts in the place of absent helm member, excluding the Captain
